Graphs extend too high

Not only are they covered by the corner tooltips when I hover over a building button, it also goes past the top of the screen for me.

Two things here:

1. The first issue is something we're going to have to live with for the time being, I made a executive call that the tooltip window in that particular UI skin is more important to see than to have the graphs overlayed on top. I still think that's the right decision.
2. The aforementioned problem, as well as it going past the top of the screen, will get resolved with a future update of KTNS which will change the way the userscript's viewport is laid out on the page.
