fatal: no submodule mapping found in .gitmodules for path 'NewAtlantis'

When I try to clone in source tree the new atlantis repository , I get this error

fatal: no submodule mapping found in .gitmodules for path 'NewAtlantis'

This error prevent me to create the repository on my sourcetree app.
Any hints to be able to stil create the repository, even if I get this error when cloning ?
