Multi region support

One feature i use to monitor latency in hyperping is the region latency.

Could we have a latency breakdown by cloudflare region this would help monitor issue im certain region

This is high on my list. Cloudflare doesn't make it easy to run in a specific region, though there is a workaround https://community.cloudflare.com/t/how-to-force-region-in-cloudflare-workers/557016. This requires setting up region specific domains which is currently out of scope of this project.

However, I do plan on bringing IaC (via Alchemy) to this project; which will enable this project to auto-provision those region specific domains when the app is created.

This is my current plan. Though I am open to other ideas.
