Picking arcane/zombie necromancer on new board

The simplest way to handle when the new necromancer is actually picked: Your new necromancer is treated as a basic necromancer until you pick one, which happens as part of the first turn you actually take actions.

Zombie necromancer should give a zombie on the first turn if you pick it.

We could start you off with a basic necro with the switching ability. We would need to have it default to picking the first one if you forgot (not leave you with a basic) and sadly I think special case zombie necromancer. But I think this works?
