Improve Elite Sterzo default MyWhoosh keymap configuration

Tried steering in MyWhoosh today.
First thing I noticed: the default MyWhoosh profile in Swift Control isn’t configured for the Sterzo. Do not know what's going on with the "H"

Also, contrary to what most Reddit posts say, steering on macOS isn’t done with the left/right arrow keys — it’s actually “A” and “D” (long press). Once you know that, it works just like steering with a keyboard.

Another thing I found a bit overkill: the Sterzo seems to update at 100 Hz! My trainer only updates power at 1 Hz. Maybe that’s on the Sterzo’s end, but it would definitely explain the huge battery drain of the device.

Of which device? Your Mac running SwiftControl?
I'm a bit confused about how the Sterzo relates to the power updating of your trainer

I’m sorry for the confusion — I was referring to the power consumption of the Sterzo in general, not in relation to Swift Control. (The batteries need to be recharged about once a week.)
However, I noticed that the steering angle updates in Swift Control’s log are extremely fast — values like 0°, 1°, 0° flying by well under a second.
That made me compare it to the standard power update frequency of smart trainers, which is usually 1 Hz, while the newer ones with “race mode” go up to 10 Hz. Realistically, nobody needs the steering angle updated that fast.
