Issues with Rock Solid from Conker's Bad Fur Day

So I am not an expert at this at all so bare with me. When I tried to rip Rock Solid from Conker's Bad Fur Day (my personal favorite track in the game), it's missing several parts of the track (I assume it's because the sound banks for it are missing). Not to mention every time I export to MIDI it always has a ringing to it that is really annoying. Can someone help out?
