Collapsing replicates #82

Hello, and thanks for great package.
I'm plotting ATAC-data with two replicates / condition. In the past I have just given concatenated GRanges objects with the replicates to NormalizeToMatrix() as the signal variable, but it occurred to me that I'm not sure if the function handless the data correctly, or just uses the first score for each range as the signal value? I was thinking should I rather average the scores of the replicates before giving them to the function?
