[feature suggestion] add support for (canu) corrected reads

I love the tool so far, but I wish you could use corrected long reads as created during canu assembly for example instead of all the raw reads.

Hi @JWDebler, thank you for using Tapestry! I'm sorry, I have changed jobs and no longer have time to implement new features. If the problem is that the corrected reads are in FASTA rather than FASTQ format, it is relatively easy to convert FASTA to fake FASTQ. I haven't tested this, but I don't think Tapestry uses the qualities for anything so it should be OK. Best wishes, John
