Adjust scale of read alignments

It's more a suggestion than an issue but it would be awesome if the position axis in the read alignment graph would scale with the size of the contig. That way alignments to smaller contigs such as the one in the picture can be inspected better.

Thanks, this is a good suggestion. I've actually tried to implement zooming on the x-axis but it proved trickier than I hoped. I will get back to it at some point but I'm busy with other projects at the moment. Thank you very much for using Tapestry though, and please do report any other issues you have.
