TET app can not show the track in map view

The app is opening and the maps are downloading, I can open the tracks in a separate app but in TET I can not see the map.

From what I gathered this is probably a shared quota of all TET users viewing a certain region.
And I'm told this would take a seasoned developer 3-4 weeks of full-time work. Sounds like a lot to me!
