run airtrail on a subfolder

my apologies if this is a dumb question but i'm not a dev, just trying to figure out how to install the app.
is it possible to run it from a subfolder such as https://fly.com/airtrail?

I can't find anything in the guide and do not know if a variable can be specified in the .env file.
