Windows support (via WinFSP) #101

Description

I wonder if would be possible to add support to Windows using something like WinFSP (that i already have installed due to using sshfs-win).

In Windows case, the btfs command should accept a letter (instead of a folder name) that will be the virtual network drive the Torrent will be mounted, or even better: it would, in a similar way than sshfs-win, expose the torrent as a subfolder (taking the second argument) on a virtual UNC path, for example: \\btfs\[second argument here]. See SSHFS-Win's README to see what i'm trying to explain.
