Request: Exclude YAML Properties and Image File Names from Text-to-Speech Plugin

Currently, when the plugin reads the body of a note, it includes YAML properties and image file names.

To improve accessibility and streamline the reading experience, I'd like to kindly request that we exclude YAML properties and image file names from being read aloud by the text-to-speech plugin.

I have turned it on in the settings.
Also i have the properties section hidden from the note, still when i use tts , it reads the tags and the reads out the title of the image ( random 10 numbers and letters ) which is so annoying.
