Add options to skip/concatenate tables

In the plugin admin UI we should be able to see how big the DB is and where it is big. Then, we should be able to tell it to skip certain tables, or only export the most recent 50 rows, etc.

Then this can be dynamically inserted into the CLI command for the user to copy paste.

You should also be able to create filter rules to exclude certain CPTs, etc. And we need visibility on how big the database is before/after our rules and tables to skip etc.
