"Too Many Open Files" #120
Description
What version of ftpii are you using?
0.0.21
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Transfer hundreds of files in one session.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Next time I tried opening FTPii after transferring many files, I something like
"NetInit() failed - Too many open files" or something like that. Can you please
make sure that FTPii closes all open files?
Please provide any additional information below.
This is quite a serious bug.
