If I move the mouse after pressing the print button, the print window does not open.

As i said ad title If I move the mouse after pressing the print button, the print window does not open.  But if I don't move the mouse it opening.

Using chrome browser. My friend tried and opened on his computer. I think that my laptop causes this problem. But how? What is the matter at mouse move? What can be cause this problem?
