PGBouncer with PAM #3

Hi @jobinau . I've read your excellent article related to use PGBouncer with PAM.
I am trying to do something quite similar using pam_exec, but pgbouncer crashes (see my ticket here pgbouncer/pgbouncer#1261).
Do you have an example on how to use pam_exec with pgbouncer?
