cannot decipher input

I use the python3 PytorchConvSep.py command to try to separate my file called test.wav
and it gives error that it cannot decipher it "Unable to decipher inputs please use %s --help for help on how to use this function".

Is it correct to use it like this: python3 PytorchConvSep.py test.wav
or python3 PytorchConvSep.py test?

I tried all sorts of combinations, it doesn't work. How can I use it to separate a stereo mixture?
