Generate sosa numbers #12
Description
Quite some queries depend on sosa numbers.
Sosa numbers are more powerful than just ancestor relationships. Sorting in a
numerical way gives the individuals ordered by generation. Sorting as a left
aligned binary string result in a tree order, and indenting by the length of
the string result in a tree. Person with multiple numbers have offspring that
married within the family.
Currently the reports rely on third party gedcom editor for the sosa numbers. A
parameter with the ID of the proband should trigger the select command to add
sosa numbers before executing the query.
