Add a "Glacier regions" geometry

Aggregating glacier change data at the scale of mountain ranges (e.g. all of High Mountain Asia) makes sense for some users. There are 12 glacier regions (Antarctica is not part of MESMER). They are the boxes in here:

Like for the global geometry, maps are not needed here (although nice to have at some point).

Thanks for the suggestion! I agree and think that it makes sense to have the glacier regions.

I will try to add the new regions with the next update. Besides the data for the time series and unavoidable risk graph for each region, I would need shapefiles for the glacier regions for the mini-map that shows up next to the dropout menu when you select the geography for that. Also, I would need the glacier regions' names and optionally icons (like country flags) and a way to group them.

I think it would be nice to have the maps as well, and as we need the shapes anyway it wouldn't be a big problem to implement from my side. Of course, we can also leave the maps out if it is not possible to produce them.
