Remove API hot fixes

Issue for me to track hot fixes I have to introduce due to time limitations, and fix them later when I have time again.

• Divide values by 100 in time series and mapfiles for terclim-mrso and terclim-mrso_minmon
• Add "-eez" to geographies in marclim files
• Change absolute values in 'urbclim-WBGT-daily-mean-max', 'urbclim-T2M-daily-mean-min', 'urbclim-T2M-daily-mean-max', 'urbclim-T2M-mean' files to celsius
