Deprecation warning in `octique` for `image.decode`

The octique package emits a deprecation warning for image.decode since Typst 0.13.0, this is unfortunate because the PR fixing (0x6b/typst-octique#2) this has been sitting idle since February. I've bumped the PR

I've inquired about the state of that deprecation (in which version it will be removed). It's unlikely to be removed in 0.14.0 already, so this is not urgent, but it is something that should at least be tracked here.

It could be that octique is abandoned, and it'll have to be downstreamed or forked.

Yes, I know. To fix this I created heroic which will replace octique in the next release.
