Support for toggling censor features (chat/signs) #26
Description
We should allow users to be able to enable/disable parts of the plugin - so (for example) they can only use sign censoring but not chat, if they really wanted to.
would be cool if there was a config option to only censor signs, and not words. this is the best censor for signs, but I don't really need the words part
