Don't send message when config is empty/blank #25
Description
When users leave the message config blank it still sends the message to users when they match a censored word. We should omit the message if it contains nothing.
love the plugin but, an option to disable the message that pops up when players swear would be nice, I know you can just make it blank but then it puts a space in chat, haha sorry it just gets at me :p
