Integrate with popular chat plugins

As suggested on the Spigot thread (https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/meloooncensor.119783/#post-1335737) it would be cool if we could support filtering messages from other plugins as well. Not entirely sure how at this point, as I haven't looked into it, but it's a great idea.

I'm gonna schedule this into a future release.
