Support newer versions of Regex Colorizer

I've renamed my _JavaScript Regex Syntax Highlighter_ script as _Regex Colorizer_. Version 0.2 brought API changes and added error descriptions as `title` text. The code is now hosted on GitHub at [slevithan/regex-colorizer](https://github.com/slevithan/regex-colorizer), and the project's website is at [stevenlevithan.com/regex/colorizer/](http://stevenlevithan.com/regex/colorizer/).
