Issue with setup.py

I was trying to follow the instructions listed in the read me file, but I am running into the following issue:

PS C:\Users\userName\Downloads\ServiceNowDocumenter-master> python setup.py

I was really hoping to see what the results were from this. I have a few large update sets that are from a 3rd party that I was hoping to get an idea of what was contained in them.
