GitHub integration. #57
Description
There are a few useful features (notably #56 and #42) that could only be implemented properly if we knew for certain a particular source referred to GitHub (or potentially some other Git hosting system).
Obviously for the built-in "GitHub" source this is not a problem but there is currently no way to annotate a source as referring to a GHE server.
