loclass unification broke things

I had the smart idea of "unifying" the different versions of the loclass files into `common/loclass`, since both the firmware and the client use them. Apparently that broke things (which is why the iclass tests aren't working right now).

I'm going to need to go back through and unbreak it.

This issue is stalling #3
