Feature Request: Add an option to do `:bd!`

Love this plugin, and use it regularly.

Noticed with neovim terminal, cannot currently use this plugin to delete the terminal buffer.

Please see my explanation here.

using d , am asked to add ! to override
using D , am also asked for override

When doing :bd! from command line, this kills the terminal buffer no questions asked.

is there any way to augment the d and D commands so they take a ! ?
Would you consider adding such support?

I hardcode the D command https://github.com/jlanzarotta/bufexplorer/blob/master/plugin/bufexplorer.vim#L512 on both lines from wipe to force_delete. I haven't learned about the wipe feature personally, but i'd like to be able to delete terminal buffers easily and bufexplorer adds an expedient way to do so.

This issue has been fixed in BufExplorer 7.9.0.

For terminal buffers, both :bd and :bw require ! to force removal. On Vim, terminal buffers appear to be modified (i.e., &modified == 1), so BufExplorer detects that ! would be required, prompts the user, and (if authorized), will use ! to force removal. Neovim terminal buffers, by contrast, have &modified == 0, so BufExplorer was not previously asking the user for confirmation nor using ! during buffer removal, causing removal to fail with errors such as:

Vim(bdelete):E89: term://~/testing//816579:/bin/bash will be killed (add ! to override)

BufExplorer 7.9.0 now detects attempts to delete or wipe terminal buffers on both Vim and Neovim, asking for confirmation and using ! to effect removal.

In addition, 7.9.0 has the ability to adjust the command mappings in the BufExplorer window to avoid the prompt for deletion. This is opt-in; see the "CUSTOMIZATION" section of BufExplorer's help file for details:
