How to show `:enew` buffers that have not yet been saved?

By default, BufExplorer does not display "No Name" buffers (such as those created via :enew). To display them, you can put the following in your ~/.vimrc:

let g:bufExplorerShowNoName = 1

See :help g:bufExplorerShowNoName for details.

I did notice one issue with "No Name" buffers. Because they currently aren't being MRU-tracked, if you launch BufExplorer with a "No Name" buffer active, then quit via q, you won't be returned to your original buffer. I've created a pull request (#137) to fix this.
