Add an example to examples wiki of using RenderPage as Html.RenderPartial not available #44
Description
Spent some time trying to work out why Html.RenderPartial was not available and then found closed issue #20 which suggested using RenderPage.
I'm sure other people would find a working example of this on https://github.com/jlamfers/RazorMachine/wiki/Examples useful and this would hopefully come up if people were googling not being able to use Html.RenderPartial.
