Intellisense working VS2013 and MVC 5

I can't get intellisense to work in Visual Studio 2013 using MVC 3 and RazorMachine 2.6.1. I've created the web.config file from the source code, updated the references to RM and MVC, installed the Razor dll in the GAC (gacutil /i). How can I troubleshoot this?
