return value of FALSE

in another run when I
malignant <- findMalignant(cna)
I got in malignant the only value of FALSE.
What does it mean, and why did I got a FALSE value?

Hi Amit, the function returns FALSE if a gaussian bimodal could not be confidently assigned to either one of the two measures assessing the extent of cells' CNAs. Please have a look at the documentation page for details. You can change some of the parameters if this makes sense for your use case. The doc page has also been updated in the last week or so so I would recommend first reinstalling the package. Thanks, Julie
