edgeR often zero

Hi Timo,
have you seen that edgeR results are often zero (`/vol/jlab/tlin/all_project/nf_results/refbasedassemblereval/sparse_gut/calculatedgeconfusionedger`), i.e. edger_DE_TN is at max but the three other values all are 0?

Is this maybe an indication that the process did not complete successfully or could it be that p-value adjustment is just too strict such that no sign. results remain?
