Adjust to Marbel filename change

Why needed:

• Filename in Marbel was suggested to be more consistent
• In this pipeline I grep columns by name so I need to find and change the scripts
• Is crucial but probably does not take long

How to ensure integrity:

• run pipeline twice: once with the changes the second one without the changes

Steps:

• find and change occurrences (20)
• make new and old dataset (15)
• ensure integrity by double run (15)
