Hybrid custom stories present in full conversion search results but error out because of relative filepaths

The main init config does point to config/resources.cfg, but what it actually means in this case is Eldritch_Cove/config/resources.cfg.

This is actually a fluke that helps because it stops hybrid mods from showing up for the 2nd time as a full conversion.

As such, this could be simply ignored, or hybrid mods should somehow be discarded from the FC search. For example, the FC search could ignore paths which start with any of the hybrid CS dirs.
