Issue with modifying the core #16

Hi creators,
I am new to the WGBS analysis, and I was looking for the pipeline , tried to analysis the example data which you have provided in your repository. I was running the msPIPE.py but facing issue with provided core. You have provided in the script by default core = 5 but I want to replace it with 20 core, however I did tried to modify the python code multi-core = 20, but the script isn't able to detect and giving the default core 1. It will be really helpful if you can give us some suggestions to change the number of core so the process runs smoothly as it is taking 3 weeks just to cover upto mapping step, still we need go for three more steps.
It would be very helpful if you can reply ASAP!!
