fan from cg boss

cant wield it or use to to block, it was suppose to have an enhanced blocking abiltiy but after i looted it it just says its akward to hold. the ninja boss was suppose to hold it as well and he would eventually fumble it and then the fight would get real, really fast.  [Report by Sneekiesnickers]
