remove double lines in plotInteractions.png and get matrix for interactions

• Occasionally some nodes will plot with two edges between them which implies a different type of interaction
  
• I would like to be able to get the information about interactions without having to look at the plot. Something like a correlation matrix with ones for edges between nodes and zeros elsewhere.
