gifwrap has circular dependency in it. I have a patch to remove that.

Hi, I was building jimp and saw that the browser build was giving error that gifwrap has circular dependency and so i took some time to remove that. If maintainers think it is good idea then it can be merged.

My reasoning here was utilities are used by all but they are not dependent on any particular service or functionality or feature.
