[Feature Request] Add tool to select boats by displacement/draft/mainsail area

It would be awesome to be able to choose and compare boats by selecting similar displacements, draft, mainsail area, etc...
This would allow better comparison and to help find polars and ratings similar to one's boat.

It would be very nice, but also require substantial work: the current index only contains sailnumber, boat name and type, for example ["GRE/GRE1912", "AGIA PARASKEVI", "OCEANIS 381"]. To allow a list view, we would need a format to containing all columns one would potentially use, while still being somewhat compact in size...
