improvement: change JSONPath implementations

Question:
Do we actually need more features from the JSONPath module? The current implementation (as we used it in clamp) seems to have all the features we desire. Is there any need to change to a maintained version?

I'm not looking for new features. I was hoping it might resolve my difficulty in accessing the 127.0.0.1 k/v.

The README for the project also mentions two nice things.

• Object-oriented code (should be easier to manage or extend in future)
• There is no eval() in use
