Apps need information about panel layout #25
Description
Apps need to know how many panels make up the display and how much space bezels take up so they can layout content correctly.
Right now pic flyer lays out content incorrectly at hackerman and correctly at BLC because of the different number of panels. The reverse happens for menu tooltips.
