Code to get original data sources?

Hi, I'm enjoying your bootstrap chapter in particular as a gentle introduction to the topic. I'm wanting to use your data to demonstrate bootstrap for my class, but I have a pretty strict reproducibility policy that data has to be gotten from the original source. Do you have a script for how the NHANES_sleep.csv data was originally obtained? I can't figure out what the source variables were for e.g. the Depressed and Smoke100 columns are.
