Latest version appears to not be using user input for buoy buoyancy

Hi Jason,
I have been playing around with a very low buoyancy buoy in WHOI Cable, and I think that version 3.13 is not taking the user input field for buoyancy. Instead it is calculating buoyancy based on the the calculated volume of the buoy, I never noticed this bug until I started looking at very low buoyancy buoys!

@noahlawrence-slavas Just been looking at a towing problem, also with a low wet weight buoy and find the wet_weight of a buoy is the (buoy mass*g - buoyancy) would this account for what your seeing?
