Feature: add option to set private pages #697

It would be a big improvement if there could be the option to set some pages as private.
Currently the only way is running gitit through a reverse proxy and set-up the reverse proxy to deny access to gitit if there is no auth, but it's very inconvenient when some pages need to be public and others private.
