Ingredients
- Flour: 1.75 cup
- Eggs: 3
- Sugar: 2 tbs
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sparkling water: 1 cup
- Butter: 2 tbs
- Vanilla extract: 1 tbs
- Salt: 1 pinch
Steps
- Melt butter and let it cool a little bit.
- Combine milk, water, eggs, butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Start adding flour with salt to the bowl while stirring with a whisk or a mixer.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Heat up the pan on high and then lower it to mid-high.
- Add a little bit of oil on batter before the first frying.
- Add around 80-100 ml of the batter to the pan and spread evenly across it.
- Fry for 1-2 min per side until some parts of the crepes get brown.
- Turn heat up between portions to maintain the pan temperature.
