Android examples don't work

I'm trying to publish an android library to our internal Artifactory server. However, the android library example doesn't work and doesn't show any way to configure where it's published. The examples appear to be old and out of date.

Also, I'm not seeing any documentation on the actual plugin. I see found the examples, but what I want is a complete list of all the available commands and options. Where is your plugin API documentation?
