Display Rotation Correction

The display on my clock is rotated clockwise by roughly 3-4 degrees. Is it possible to correct this via software? I have a hunch that the manufacturing process for the display doesn't always produce a perfectly perpendicular alignment and that I am likely not the only one experiencing this.

This is annoying. Yes I can add. Do you think it's the screen manufacture that's at fault here? Haven't seen on any others but would be an easy change. Also are there boxes around your complications of a slightly different background colour? This isn't the intended behaviour and may be a bug with the colour rendering (in code).

During assembly, it was a very tight fit to get the screen to line up with the case - IIRC it seemed to me at the time that the pin socket the pi plugs into wasn’t quite aligned right. I suppose this could also be a case issue. Tomorrow I’ll disassemble and see if I can get a better idea.

Yes, there are (slightly) differently colored boxes around the complications. I only noticed them looking at the photo, but now that I know they’re there, I always see them. Less annoying than the screen rotation though.

So I tried disassembly and can't get the pi disconnected from the display. It is so tight that I'm worried I'll break something if I apply more force.
